Qualifications : - Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. - Proven experience as a General Manager Sales or in a similar senior sales role, preferably in the publishing industry. - Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
