Currently, we are in search of a dynamic, go-getter commercial real estate Business Developer leader to strategically manage North India Business Development for Livspace for Business, and source and convert Design and Build opportunities in Commercial Real Estate across all possible avenues and channels. Would be a part of a growing team and like-minded professionals
You will also own the strategic initiatives that include assessing market opportunities, developing go-to-market strategies, and driving the associated business planning processes.
Here\'s what is expected out of this proposed role.
- Presentation of the firm\'s portfolio and value propositions to clients
- Strategizing and implementing end-to-end Business Development/Sales opportunities in the region right from lead generation to client acquisitions and relations.
Key account management :
- Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and projects team to drive engagement and business generation
- Maximize client outreach and sales opportunities.
- Own the sub-segment business goals, targets, and strategy
- Lead, Manage, and Hire a team of self-motivated, go-getter sales leads in different geographies as we scale up.
- Set high standards in terms of performance both Quantitative (budgets, KPIs, etc.) and Qualitative (discipline, trust, integrity, behaviors)
- Manage the annual and quarterly planning processes, which include the development of the business plan, operating model, resource allocation, market segmentation, Target Clients, Geography strategy
- Work with the cross-functional leadership team (Director Channel Sales, Sales Heads, Regional Sales Managers, Operations, Procurement, Strategy, Finance and Marketing) to drive alignment on segment business goals
- Structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analysis and developing final recommendations.
- Willing to travel to all potential business markets in the region.
EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS :
- Post Graduate in Management or equivalent practical experience
- 5-13 years of relevant experience in Key Account Management /Business Development preferably in Commercial Real Estate / Commercial Interiors / Commercial Space solutions.
- Experience with team management, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading sales and strategic initiatives Demonstrate established business connections in the field of Architecture and Interior Design, Construction, Real Estate & Enterprise Accounts
- Ability to communicate with clients in a professional manner
- Proficient with MS Office/Google Workspace
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent business and commercial acumen
