Ensure proper documentation & audit- Ensure plant operation in a 100% complied environment from the Factory Act & Labour law perspective- Ensure bridging of competency gap both for workmen and Staff members by identifying training needs and organizing training.Monitor the employee relations environment and culture, and advise the business heads on employee-related issues. Proactively identify current & potential risks at site and evolve plans to mitigate.
