We offer a mix of innovative games, interactive sports, food and socialising, providing a unique and exciting experience for all our customers. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager Operations. The General Manager Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of SHOTT. This includes managing customer service, team management, budgeting, and ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications General Management and Operations Management skills Experience in Customer Service and Team Management Finance management skills (P&L, EBIDTA, Revenue management) Excellent organisational and planning skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Leadership and problem-solving skills Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or related field 5+ years of experience in an operations-based management role Experience in the amusement or entertainment industry is a plus
