General Marketing Manager for Pesticides (CROP PROTECTION) in U.P. The ideal candidate should have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members. Increasing the brand share of voice, growing the inbound sales channels, generating qualified leads, tracking and analyzing the performance of staff & advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget. Developing media strategies, tactical & long term campaigns. Eligibility Criteria: Strictly only those employees may apply who have- 8+ years of strong experience in Agricultural sector. Specifically worked in Crop Protection field before. 5+ YEARS OF STRONG EXPERIENCE AS A GENERAL MANAGER IN ANY OTHER REPUTED COMPANY IN THE FIELD OF PESTICIDES Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to a team of people
• Preparing creative plans for the marketing & sales
• Hiring new recruiters for sales.
• Building up a new network of people & distributors.
• Analyzing the performance of the staff.
• Formulate an overall marketing strategy for the Brand in order to increase the sales and maximize revenues.

Qualifications

• M.Sc. Agronomy or Masters degree in agriculture
• Management and Strong Marketing Experience, Strong administrative skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead
• Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue, performance and forecasting
• Strong communications skills
