- Experience in Cement Marketing Management, Trade Sales, Non Trade Sales, Market Planning, Key Account Management, Logistics Management, Market Research, Price Monitoring, Brand Management, Competitors Analysis, Marketing Strategy, Dealer Management, Market Development.- Contract review & delivery compliances- Knowledge of various type of cement products- Conversant with customer grievance redressal process & effectiveness - Budget management- Experience in Planning and Organization, development of marketing & sales teams, design & implementation of successful marketing strategies.- Knowledge & Experience in exploring business potential, opportunities & clientele to secure profitable business volumes through Trade & Non Trade Sales.- Knowledge of ERP system preferably SAP.- Knowledge of CRM application.- Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems (ISO systems - Quality, Environment and Safety & Health) including API systems - API Q1 Standard, BIS products standards and specification.
