Drive regular operations maintenance of IT infrastructure applications and database including delivery of infrastructure projects Continously strive to improve security operations Provide 24 x 7 infrastructure and application support Drive incident problem change release configuration availability and capacity management with respect to IT Applications Infrastructure Drive management of SLAs related to service requests incidents and business processes billing mediation etc Gather requirement from business and assist with creation of solutions to meet operational needs Drive and monitor the Service Help Desk System SDP to ease resolution Deliver user documentation where required Quantify and analyze the service requests and incidents raised Liaise with the business to evaluate reduction of the no of tickets raised Drive creation of standard reportsformats where possible Share periodic projects status with relevant stakeholders Coordinate with the corporate security teams for all IT related security activities Monitor drive and track the compliance audit process for IT applications in coordination with the IT governance team on aspects such as SOX audits security audits on databases and software licenses Maintain the global access management and corporate security policies and design Design and deliver online security policy and trainings Ensure adherence to companys Acceptable Use Policy AUP Liaison with internal and external clients to support and address all security and compliance matters Manage vulnerability assessments and network monitoring to uncover potential weaknesses

1) Must have engaged in solutioning, designing, OEM finalization and implementation of Software Defined Network (SDN) and SD-WAN

2) Experience in vendor technical competency evaluation and recommend to Management

3) Well versed with new age technologies and trends to integrate with existing systems

4) Experience with telecommunication industry best practices on Network architecture and product/service design and implementation strategies.

5) Vendor escalation Management and drive to accomplish the tasks to achieve the goal of the organization

6) Budgeting and AOP planning and execution

7) SLA Management and its sign-off for billing purpose.

8) Must have handled a team size of minimum 20 members.

1) 18 plus years of experience in IT with core competency in Network & Security or B.Sc (Computers) with 16 plus years of working experience on handling large complex Enterprise Network & Security

2) Experience of leading overall infrastructure of a complex organization Network Communication. -

3) Technical proficiency in Software Defined Network (SDN) and SD-WAN

4) Minimum 7 years Experience in people management.

5) Significant hands-on experience with IT operation processes and procedures. - Mandatory

6) Experience with telecommunication industry best practices on network architecture, systems architecture, as well as product/service design and implementation strategies. - Mandatory

7) Vendor escalation Management and drive to accomplish the tasks to achieve the goal of the organization - Mandatory

8) Experience in handling large Projects deployment right from initiation, planning and execution.

10) Experience with comprehensive disaster recovery architecture and operations with redundant network architecture.
