Qualification: Graduate, MBA preferred.
Minimum 10-15 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience
Must have experience of leasing of Industrial / Warehousing leasing.
Should have knowledge of leasing documentation and understanding, proposal drafting, PowerPoint presentation, MS Office expert, online Marketing, mail responses and drafting.
Should have links in the market, clientele contacts in industrial / real estate sector.
Should have readymade list of suppliers / inventory of real estate / warehouses / Industrial.
To find out the sources of business by way of your contacts/links/market researches.
Should have experience of working in 2-3 states, should be capable to work on PAN India basis.
Soft skills, negotiation skills, Marketing and sales skills.
