We are hiring for General Manager - Hydraulics

Experience :10yrs to 15yrs in Hydraulics Field

Location : Chennai

Salary : 60K to 75K

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our Flowlines team as an General Manager in Hydraulics, R&D Design department.

Responsibilities:

- Design hydraulic systems, including cylinders, power packs, and manifolds, based on project requirements and engineering standards.

- Develop detailed system layouts, schematics, and component specifications using CAD software.

- Perform hydraulic calculations, simulations, and analysis to ensure system performance, efficiency, and safety.

- Oversee the installation, assembly, and integration of hydraulic systems into machinery or equipment.

- Conduct functional tests, performance evaluations, and troubleshooting to validate system operation and identify any issues.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and technicians, to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

- Prepare technical documentation, including engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and operation manuals, for hydraulic systems.

- Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and cross-functional meetings to contribute ideas and insights for product enhancements.

- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations governing hydraulic systems and equipment.

- Maintain accurate records of design changes, test results, and project documentation throughout the development lifecycle.

- Stay updated on advancements in hydraulic technology, materials, and best practices through research and professional development.
