About The RoleWe're looking for rockstar sales reps with proven experience in performance in hunting and outbound prospecting-based setups. Someone who has a very disciplined approach towards selling, managing a sales pipeline and keeping CRM up to date at any given point in time and is a result-driven professional. A background in B2B sales of SaaS /HRTech/Insurance is a plus.Core Responsibilities:
Speaking to prospective clients
Understanding their unique requirements
Explaining and sharpening value-proposition
Providing the product team with feedback to improve our offerings
Manage and forecast a sales pipeline on your own
Present the company's benefits to CXOs & senior executives in client meetings
Communicate constantly with marketing and pre-sales to improve the quality of the sale pipeline
Ensure a high level of responsiveness with prospects through the sales process
Proactively source new leads and new business opportunities
Expertise & Qualification:
Apart from overall experience, at least 3 years of B2B sales experience in the insurance broking industry is mandatory
Good to have experience in fast-growing Insurance/Edtech/Fintech/HRTech/BFSI/SaaS startup
Experience of outbound prospecting, cold calling and managing sales pipeline
Previous experience mainly into hunting, new clients acquisition and sales closures
Experience having sold to Founders, CHROs & HR team or CFOs Finance team is a plus
Consistently meeting assigned sales targets
Strong spoken and written communication skills in English
Disciplined approach towards updating CRM
