Roles and Responsibilities:
- End-to-end responsibility of HR for the Formulation Plant and Greenfield API Plant
- Employee Engagement and also working exposure to Industrial and employee relations fundamentals, Be aware of Labour Laws and Legislations also .
- Work with Heads of Business Units and staff, to identify, develop and implement solutions across a range of HR functions including, workforce planning, managing for performance, industrial relations, organizational restructuring, employee relations, organizational development and staff development.
- SOPs Management
- Contract Worker Management
- Statutory Record Management
- Bill checking procedure for labour contractor
- Training , HR Admin Compliances
- Security Management- Entry-Exit procedure , Camera observation, Management observations, etc.
- Visitor\'s entry (Security date) Management
- Management of Locking & sealing system.
- Plant admin audit, plant HR Audit Protocol, Plant Inspection,
- Vehicle Management
- Discipline Management,
- Canteen Management
- Inward Outward process - Returnable & non returnable material management
- Manpower observation / deviations, if any
