Position: General Manager - Food & Beverage (F&B GM)

Location: Sushant Group Phase -1, Sector 27

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager for our new property. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing night clubs, high-energy bars, or pubs, with mandatory experience in cloud kitchens. The F&B GM will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management:
• Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage departments, including night clubs, bars, pubs, and cloud kitchens.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Manage inventory and supply chain logistics.
• Customer Experience:
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Implement strategies to enhance the guest experience.
• Staff Management:
• Recruit, train, and lead a team of F&B staff.
• Develop and implement staff schedules.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training.
• Financial Management:
• Develop and manage budgets for F&B operations.
• Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures.
• Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Marketing and Promotion:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote F&B venues and cloud kitchen services.
• Plan and execute promotional events and activities to drive sales.
• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a General Manager or similar role in a night club, high-energy bar, or pub, with mandatory cloud kitchen experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and financial plans.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred.
