• Audit System and Control : Audit Calendar of Interzone and External (BVQI), Audit SOP and Continual Improvement, Periodic review on Audit Checklist and Review of External Quality Auditor Selection
• Site Visits: Carrying out Compliance Audit on process of all sites and Surprise Site Audits
• Audit Report Analysis: Conduct Audit review and share areas of improvement for lessons learnt, Audit closure compliance, Analysis of Fatal and Critical CTQs, Analysis on Monsoon NC\xe2\x80\x99s and Creation of Training Modules basis Audit Learnings and Ensuring Interdepartmental Process Improvement.

Who are we looking for?Education:

• \xc2\xb7 BE Civil, lead auditor QMS (Preferred Campus \xe2\x80\x93 NICMAR)

Experience:

• 20+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in residential construction across mid-segment, luxury & high-end
• Completed 1 project across lifecycle; from inception to handover

Skills:

• \xc2\xb7 Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• \xc2\xb7 Good computer skills
