Position:General ManagerJob Title:Engineering HeadFunction:Engineering & ProjectsLocationDewasAreas of Responsibility
- To lead for engineering function for entire site including project planning, execution and maintenance etc. for both Pharma OSD & Injectable block.
- Plant process equipment\'s procurement & coordination for OSD / injectable facility.
- Coordination with consultant & commercial team for equipment\'s purchase & related planning\'s to move equipment\'s as required.
- Handle and lead all engineering projects independently.
- Currently leading engineering function for a big pharma Manufacturing site.
- preparation of monthly engineering reports and effective monitoring of energy resources for reducing energy cost and monitored the manpower and accurate utilization for completing departmental tasks
- Mentor and motivate the site team for energy conservation and safety related concerns.
- Ensure trouble free operation of utility and engineering facility.
- Ensuring compliance to engineering regulatory in the manufacturing facility
- Ensure compliance to QMS procedures.
- Monitoring of budget OPEX & CAPEX both for timely completion & with in the agreed budget in co-ordination with finance controller.
- Technical dealing with various government agencies for legal requirement compliance.
