15+ years Experience in Hardware Product Development.
Hands Experience in product development, Hardware design, Testing, EMI/EMC certification, production transition.
Knowledge of Board Design, Hi speed and mixed signals design, analog and power supply circuits, interfacing ADCs, DACs, sensors.
Knowledge of DCDC Converter for Low voltage, high power is added advantage.
Knowledge of Hardware Design Tools, DFT, DFM.
Knowledge of Product Development process, usage of six sigma tools.
Experience in managing teams, appraisals, coaching.
Experience in working with cross functional teams. mechanical, firmware, software, sourcing etc
