- General Manager - Electronics Division

• Position Summary
• Pentax Engineering Pvt Ltd has been in the business since 1978.

We have an Electronics Division which specializes into end to end solutions that include Design, Manufacture, Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance of highly sophisticated and reliable systems for Plant Safety and Control.

We have been a pioneering company in Gas Detection & Monitoring Systems. The systems designed, manufactured and commissioned and maintained by us play a significant role in detecting accidental leakages of potentially hazardous, combustible and toxic gases, thereby ensuring the safety of plant personnel and critical equipment. Our company is well known in its field and has considerable presence in supplying and maintaining its systems.

We are looking for a suitable candidate to head the Electronics Division as General Manager. He will be responsible for expanding our business to boost revenues and double the turnover and profitability in the next few years.

Key Responsibilities

• The General Manager will be responsible for overall smooth and efficient functioning of entire Electronics Division. This will include -
• Promoting existing products and identifying & introducing new products through Advertising and Digital Marketing.
• Preparing Annual Plan & Projections and ensure its implementations through Sales Team.
• Achieving Sales Targets through Tenders, Quotations, Distributors, Channel Partners.
• Maintaining relationships with important clients by regular visits and developing new Marketing Opportunities.
• Meeting Production Targets, Cost Reduction in Purchases, Timely Dispatches and Quality Control.
• Ensuring collections in order to maintain healthy Cash Flow on a monthly basis.
• Design & Development of New Products and Allied Systems as per Tender and Customers requirements.
• Negotiations with Overseas Suppliers (Principals) for Timely Imports.
• Monitoring Customer Support Services (CSS), In-house Service Centre Operations, Widening & Strengthening the customer base.
• Required Skills

• Other Information:

Educational Qualification : Diploma / Degree in Electronics / Instrumentation

Experience : 10-15 years at a Senior position

Age: 40-45 years

Joining: Preferable One Month
