The General Manager - Corporate Real Estate will play a critical role in supporting the growth and profitability of Blue Dartxe2x80x99s operations across India. This role involves providing comprehensive property functions and value engineering to drive operational efficiencies and enhance competitiveness in the logistics sector.Job Purpose:
To support business growth and enhance the profitability of Blue Dart's operations by offering full-spectrum property functions and value engineering initiatives. This includes providing creative real estate solutions, managing key real estate processes, and ensuring efficient use of resources in alignment with company objectives.Key Responsibilities:

• Support country offices by providing innovative real estate solutions to enhance competitiveness and profitability.
• Prepare and present proposals, along with detailed real estate data (such as rental rates and demand-supply analysis), for decision-making purposes.
• Collaborate with country management teams to develop customized real estate solutions and proposals for customers.
• Oversee key processes including property solution reviews, lease agreement vetting, and CAPEX/renovation expense management.
• Ensure timely project management and compliance with quality standards for new projects and initiatives.
• Partner with local teams, key account contacts, Sub-regional Real Estate Heads, and the APAC team to drive initiatives and value engineering efforts.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and procedures, ensuring data integrity in the real estate portfolio.
• Manage workspace design and utilization to meet staff and business needs.
• Identify, implement, and monitor cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications:Education:
Degree in Engineering, Finance, Estate Management, or Quantity Surveying. MBA is an advantage.Experience:
8-10 years of relevant experience in corporate real estate, with a preference for candidates experienced in the industrial/logistics warehouse sector.Technical Skills:

• Extensive knowledge of corporate real estate functions, facility sourcing, and lease management.
• Proficiency in project management, property portfolio analysis, and value engineering.
