This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of HR technology trends, the ability to drive change, and a passion for enhancing user experience and operational efficiency through technology.Key Responsibilities * Strategic Leadership:

  • Own and lead the development and execution of the HR technology and digitization plan aligned with the overall HR and business strategy.
  • Provide thought leadership on the latest trends and technologies in HR, ensuring continuous innovation and improvement.
  • Project Management:
  • Lead the successful delivery of large and complex HR digitization projects and initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with technology partners to implement new tools and manage the Digital HR Technology landscape.
  • Technology Expertise:
  • Stay abreast of HR technology trends and explore new thinking to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Enhance HR Data Management, People Analytics, and HR Process Automation product knowledge through self-learning and certification.
  • Change Management and Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with HR COEs and drive change management to ensure the smooth adoption of digital HR solutions.
  • Partner with Corporate HR, Business HR CoEs, and People Experience Center to strengthen the data foundation and run seamless people processes on digital platforms.
  • Data Analysis and Visualization:
  • Understand and analyse HR Data, identifying process digitization needs, analytical outcomes, and visualization requirements.
  • Implement HR Data Warehousing solutions, support data visualization platforms, and provide data-driven insights to the HR department.
  • Innovation and Advanced Analytics:
  • Build new KPIs and Data Models for Advanced Analytics Use Cases.
  • Perform periodic audits of HR data, service management data, and key operational parameters to drive continuous improvements.

  • A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in any Engineering stream or MBA degree in HR
  • Certification in Data Science/ People Analytics
Experience
  • 12 - 15 years of experience
Skills:
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ready to work as an individual contributor.
Key Skills (Must Have)
  • Experience in performing digital maturity assessment for HR processes, evaluating products and processes for process digitalization, and preparing business case for sponsorship.
  • Experience in leading at least one end to end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors for hire to retire processes
  • Must have strong Techno-Functional understanding of people and organisation structure design and processes related to Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance, Talent, Compensation, Payroll, Time, Benefits, Employee Survey, Grievance Management and Employee Helpdesk.
  • Exposure to other leading Cloud based HRMS product and have a very good understanding of HRMS Data Structure
  • Full-cycle implementation knowledge of Data Warehousing or BI solutions using HR data from key cloud-based HRMS solutions (e.g., Success Factors, Workday, Oracle).
  • Must have worked in the People Analytics domain with knowledge of visualization tools like Power BI, QlikView, Qlik Sense, Tableau, etc.
  • Proven experience in managing large and complex IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget, encompassing preparation of Business Case, preparation of Project Plan, Requirement gathering, Testing, Deployment, Project monitoring and governance.
  • Ability to drive change management initiatives, preparing training guides, SOPs, and conducting training sessions for smooth adoption of digital HR solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and analyze HR data, identify process digitization needs, and derive actionable insights.
  • Good understanding of projects financials management and budgeting
Key Skills (Nice to Have)
  • Any Business Analyst certification
  • Any IT project management certification (Like Project Management Professionals certification)
  • Knowledge of Data Science tools and techniques, with exposure to R or Python for data and statistical analysis.
