The ideal candidate should have a strong background in civil engineering, with extensive experience managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proven track record in project management and team development.Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of civil engineering projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, budgetary guidelines, and project timelines.
• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Develop strategic plans and business objectives for the department in alignment with company goals.
• Conduct regular project reviews to identify risks, evaluate progress, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Monitor financial performance of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in civil engineering.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Masters degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable.
• Minimum of [15] years of experience in civil engineering, with at least [10] years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex civil engineering projects from conception through completion.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to travel to project sites and client meetings as needed.
