We are looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager/Assistant General Manager to lead our team and help us achieve our goals. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the car&bike superstore operations
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Manage a team of employees and ensure they are providing excellent customer service
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Develop and implement marketing and advertising areas
• Track and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Deal & Relation handling with mahindra (MFC)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree/ Master\'s degree
• 3+ years of experience in a management role in the automotive industry
• Proven track record of success in increasing sales and profitability
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
