As the General Manager of our prestigious luxury resort, you will be a pivotal leader responsible for overseeing and orchestrating all facets of our property\'s operations. Your strategic vision and hands-on approach will contribute to the overall success of the resort, ensuring an unparalleled guest experience. As the face of the resort, you will lead a dedicated team, fostering a culture of excellence, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the resort\'s overall performance and profitability. Align operational objectives with the organization\'s mission and vision.
• Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, spa, and recreational facilities. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Guest Experience: Uphold a commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high service standards. Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively.
• Financial Management: Develop and manage annual budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures. Maximize revenue through effective pricing and yield management strategies.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Set performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Marketing and Sales: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and promotional strategies. Build relationships with key stakeholders and drive business development initiatives.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance programs to ensure the highest standards of service and cleanliness. Conduct regular inspections to monitor and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
• Community Engagement: Represent the resort in the local community and establish positive relationships with local businesses and organizations. Participate in community events to promote the resort and strengthen its ties to the community.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: From 20,000.00 per month Supplemental pay types:
