Essential Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the planning and organization of all strategic initiatives.
- Direct and oversee the initiation progress, resource requirements, financial performance, benefits and value levers, and communications associated with, tactical and business as usual projects led by the function.
- Identify, develop, and execute key processes that improve overall organizational efficiency and effectiveness including governance. Direct budgets and related financial oversight
- Own and lead special projects related to current or future business priorities. This could include, but is not limited to, researching new and innovative technologies, vendors, products, etc. and determining the alignment to the strategic plan and business impact.
- Perform management responsibilities involved in hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity.
- Plan, organize, staff, direct and control the day-to-day operations of the department; develop and implement policies and programs as necessary
- Oversight of Revenue Cycle Management services
- Implement and manage efficient and effective operational policies, processes, and best practices within the functions of the revenue cycle.
- Establishes annual goals and objectives for the team based on the organization's overall strategic goals.
- Provide expertise in automation and driving the team to identify automation opportunities
- Leverage EMR expertise and act as a subject matter expert
- Liaison with leadership team in the US across technology and business process services
- Effectively communicates with team members, customers, partners, and management, including assisting with or conducting more complex technical walkthroughs, reporting project status, enabling vendor solutions, and providing accurate and concise documentation.
- Other duties as assigned or requested.
Duties of the Job:
Lead teams to efficiently deliver client expectations. Guide team to reduce AR ageing and optimize collections.
Manage day-to-day activities with the team, but not limited to.
Monitoring and managing workflow or daily targets to assure timely delivery of agreed SLAs
Tracking and maintaining metrics for a variety of data includes Collections report, Operations report, etc.
Develop processes to improve productivity and quality of the team.
Participate in the new pilots projects & work towards proper transition of knowledge to team.
Work with Team to resolve any personnel problems or conflicts that may arise in the team.
Learn and implement new client systems. Co-ordinate and organize training for new joiners as well as for existing members of the team based on the projects requirement.
Conduct regular conference calls with Clients and identify way & means to improve client satisfaction.
Identify training gaps in the team and develop a plan with dept. trainer for retraining sessions. Will be responsible for successful implementation of retraining sessions.

Having 15+ years Exp in US Healthcare managing AR & Denial vertical .
2+ Yrs in leadership role ( Min 2 Yrs On Paper Experience as Senior Manager)
