Job Description

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards.
• Replace bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Vacuum carpets and floors, and sweep/mop hard floors.
• Empty trash and recycle bins and replace liners.
• Restock cleaning supplies, toiletries, and linens as required.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to ensure cleanliness and shine.
• Provide a high level of customer service to guests by responding to requests in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
• Ensure that all rooms are prepared and ready for guest arrivals, meeting hotel standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols, including the proper handling and disposal of chemicals and cleaning agents.
• Follow procedures for reporting damaged or missing items and maintenance issues.
• Ensure the proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment.
• Work closely with other housekeeping staff and management to maintain a well-organized and clean environment.
• Assist with laundry tasks when needed (washing, drying, folding).
• Participate in regular training to stay current with cleaning techniques and safety practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
