1. Responsibility to Customer: Account analysis & transparency, know customer's business and identify opportunities across PT portfolio, Represent customer to PT and PT to customer as a single point of contact. Evaluate customer potential & account penetration. In order to ensure ease of doing business with that customer to ensure full account transperancy 2. Account Development: Prepare, track implementation of account business plan for the customer in consultation with stake holders. Lead, Motivate colleagues for working towards a common goal - Growth for PT in order to increase business with the customer 3. Executive Relationship Management: Builds, maintains, sustainable relationships & informal network with the appropriate customer's key decision makers and facilitates and plans relationships on executive and senior levels between customer's and PT management. In order to position PT as a strategic partner/ supplier to establish and / or intensify a long-termrelationship 4. Opportunity Management: Identify and track opportunities in close co operation with stake holders, jointly create value propositions and leverage customer relationships for timely information in order to convert opportunities to business 5. Market Intelligence: Track market scenario, in order to keep track of developments & enhance Market coverage 6. Escalation Management: Establishes self as the point of contact for escalations. Recognizes potential risks with (major) business impact to the account early, and escalates timely the identified risks to appropriate PT in house partners In order to take measures to avoid (and/or minimize) negative effects on business (and target achievement) & to meet customer needs (customer satisfaction) 7. Target Price analysis 8. Commercial contracts finalization: Preparation of Price table, Finalization of major commercial clauses in LOI, drafting and finalizing commercial contracts 9. Updation / Preparation of internal process documents (CRM tool, Probid, BnB, LoA, Customer Complaint handling, Internal Audit Support, OI target figure, Monthly OI report) 10. Coordination & Support to Marketing and communication team 11. Market development & market size evaluation 12. Customer satisfaction survey
