Job Description

• Patient Care : Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Provide emotional support and companionship to patients who may be lonely or anxious.
• Mobility Assistance : Help patients move around the hospital safely, including transferring them from beds to wheelchairs or assisting with walking if necessary.
• Monitoring Vital Signs : Assist in measuring and recording vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse rate, and respiratory rate under the supervision of a nurse or healthcare provider.
• Maintaining Cleanliness : Keep patient rooms and common areas clean and tidy. This includes changing bed linens, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring proper disposal of medical waste.
• Assisting with Procedures : Provide support during medical procedures or examinations, such as holding equipment or comforting patients.
• Stocking Supplies : Ensure that patient care areas are well-stocked with essential supplies such as linens, toiletries, and medical equipment.
• Transporting Patients : Assist in transporting patients to different areas of the hospital for tests, treatments, or procedures.
• Communication : Serve as a liaison between patients, their families, and healthcare providers, relaying important information and addressing concerns as needed.
• Safety Measures : Follow hospital protocols and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and infections. This may include proper hand hygiene, use of personal protective equipment, and adherence to isolation precautions.
• Documentation : Accurately document patient care activities and observations in medical records, including any changes in condition or unusual occurrences.
• Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively with nurses, doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
• Professional Development : Participate in training programs and continuing education opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in patient care and healthcare practices.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
