Job Title: General Dentist Location: Mahalunge, Pune Job Type: Full-time/Part-time --- Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, diagnosing and treating a wide range of dental conditions, and promoting oral health. This role requires strong clinical skills, a commitment to patient-centered care, and a dedication to continuous learning. Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine dental examinations, including oral cancer screenings and diagnostic assessments. Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Perform restorative, preventive, and cosmetic dental procedures, including fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and root canals. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions. Ensure patient safety and comfort by adhering to infection control and sterilization protocols. Work collaboratively with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other staff to optimize patient care. Maintain detailed patient records, including treatment notes and follow-up care. Qualifications: Education: BDS/MDS License: Valid dental license in India

Experience: 2+ years of clinical experience preferred.

Skills: Proficient in a variety of dental procedures, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of the latest dental technology and practices. Ability to manage anxious or pediatric patients with empathy and care.
