Job Summary: General Administration and Compliance responsibilities include maintaining and verifying files and tracking the expiration of certifications throughout the organization.
Candidates will be responsible for maintaining company files, Data, Credentials, Vendors, Portals,
Applications for various purposes, Licenses verifications. Candidates will also be dealing with
Government and nongovernment agencies as needed including Medicare and Medicaid.
Ultimately, candidates will work with different departments across the organization & and team members for administration and operations.
Key Responsibilities Area
? Collect & maintain company data including sheets, documents and credentials for the administration of various organization departments.
? Fill credentialing applications, follow up on applications and Its status, create profiles on providers, and maintain individual provider files to include up to date information needed to complete the required governmental and commercial payer credentialing applications.
? Licenses verifications and revalidation requests issued by government entities and various payers.
? Add & and; Maintain credentials for providers for CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, and CMS, ETC databases.
? Operational KPI Creation, Implementations & measurements routinely.
? Work closely with the operations team to identify obstacles and hurdles that is affecting organization's goals.
? Must be able to coordinate management's assigned tasks to implementations for results.
? Reporting and Analysis and presentations.
Requirements and skills:
? Knowledge of provider credentialing and its direct impact on the practice's revenue cycle.
? Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of HIPAA regulations and their practical application in healthcare organizations.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Must have the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
? Plans and prioritizes to meet deadlines.
? Must be technology friendly
? Must have mastery in Word, Excell and Presentations
? Must be able to communicate in English
? Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
? Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette.
? A well-rounded individual who has experience working with people with diverse backgrounds.

Pay: ?10,177.91 - ?30,746.40 per month
