• Procurement of New Cars: Ensure all documentation is completed for purchasing new cars under the OYC policy.
• Account Settlement: Handle account settlements related to car vendors, finance, employees, and HR
• Policy Management: Maintain and ensure the safe custody of all OYC Policy RC books.
• Pool Car Allocation: Manage the allocation of pool cars.
• Liaison: Act as the liaison with car dealers for various requirements and negotiations.
