• 4-5 overall years of experience. Having significant exposure in LLM Development, Design, Architecture, scaling and hosting experience
• Must Have \xe2\x80\x93
• Experience with Python, LLM models \xe2\x80\x93 LLM\xe2\x80\x99s, small sized LLM\xe2\x80\x99s and Code based LLM models, Pipelines- Langchain / Ollama, embeddings, Memory Management, etc
• Exposure To tokenization and frameworks like RAG etc..
• Previous experience in cloud hosting either AWS/ Azure or GCP.
• Implement a feedback mechanism to continually improve the model over time through feedback loop and monitoring end KPI\xe2\x80\x99s in production.
• Experience on customizing system and user prompts (Prompt engineering)
• Experience with Quantization and Kubernetes or docker
• Good to have
• FAST API implementation to expose the API\xe2\x80\x99s on a server for easy usage and good user interface

Candidate Background:

• Degree in Computer science or AI Engineering
• Strong in Programming concepts, frameworks, deployment, and customization of LLM models

o Design, build & maintain efficient and reliable Gen AI code leveraging pipelines
