Senior Consultant/ Manager Consulting, BFS ConsultingLocation: Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata, DelhiKey Skill: Gen AI (Implementation Experience is Mandate)Domain : Across BFS verticalNotice Period : Immediate 90 DaysResponsibilitiesAct as a key point of contact to the Business Transformation Services, Business Analysis, and Functional Architecture and Solution Architecture groups throughout the implementation
Interface with business stakeholders to determine key design/process decisions and contribute to overall delivery plan.
Proven excellence at gathering requirements and translating it to functional documents like BRD, FSD and user stories
Good understanding of Gen-AI concepts and design elements
Deliver assigned tasks complete and on time as designated by the Programme Office to ensure smooth progress of the implementation.
Contribute and take ownership for various project related tasks / planning activities as the programme evolves
Knowledge and Practical experience of Project Management methodologies ability to configure delivery work stream frameworks to progress timelines and delivery milestones
Demonstrate ability in planning consulting/functional work & ownership of project outcomes
Comfortable working on JIRA and agile methodologiesProfessional Qualifications and SkillsMBA/Engineering graduates from any B School (preferably in Finance/ IT/ Systems/ Ops)
9 - 14 years of work experiencesMust HaveExcellent communication skills
Strong understanding and experience across BFS
Good experience and understanding in Gen-AI area
Have in-depth understanding on LLMs
Good understanding of Digital transformations program, and UI implementations
Strong experience in IT consulting and business analysis business process definition, business process consulting, requirements gathering, Functional designs and specifications, product solution design, proficiency in writing complex BRD, FSD, user stories, As-Is/To Be Analysis, Product design and product roadmap
A know how of digital themes/technologies in the context of digital transformation consulting projects
Very good hands-on experience in stakeholder management
