Do you have a background in the surgical products manufacturing industry? If so, Sara Healthcare Pvt Ltd has an exciting opportunity for you! We are looking for a GEM Tender Executive to join our team and manage the tender process for our surgical products.Responsibilities:
- Oversee the tender process on the GeM portal & E-Tender, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
- Analyze tender documents and prepare submissions.
- Gather and organize necessary information from various departments.
- Submit tenders on time and monitor their progress.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of tender activities.
- Communicate with government agencies and stakeholders as needed.
- Keep abreast of updates and changes on the GeM portal.
- Assist in contract negotiations and follow-up activities post-tender.
- Bachelors degree.
- At least 2 years of experience with tenders, specifically on the GeM portal & E-Tender.
- Knowledge of the surgical products manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and e-procurement platforms.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
