Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day management of the GEM portal.
• Ensure all content is current and relevant.
• Provide user support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with marketing to create engaging content.
• Analyze portal performance and generate usage reports.
• Coordinate with sales teams to promote portal features
• Develop and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Provide exceptional post-sale support to clients.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field,any Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good communication skills Hindi ,English.
• Good knowledge of excel, Ms word, email.
