Key Responsibilities:

1. Tender Management:

- Identify relevant tender opportunities from various sources (government portals, healthcare organizations, etc.).

- Review tender documents and understand the scope, requirements, and timelines.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (sales, finance, legal) to gather necessary information and documents for tender submissions.

- Ensure compliance with all tender specifications and submission guidelines.

2. Documentation and Record Keeping:

- Maintain a central repository of tender documents, templates, and records.

- Track and monitor tender submissions and outcomes.

- Prepare reports and analysis on tender activities, success rates, and areas for improvement.

3. Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within healthcare organizations and government agencies involved in the tender process.

- Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and other relevant events as necessary.

- Address queries and provide clarifications during the tender evaluation period.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience in tender management, bid preparation, or a similar role within the medical equipment or healthcare industry.

- Strong understanding of tendering processes, including procurement regulations and compliance requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.35 - ?24,000.16 per month
