GEM - Flow Trading Analyst Position Overview Job Title: Trading Enabler Location: Mumbai, India Role Description The Trading Enabler supports traders in trade idea generation by performing data analysis and identification of potential trading opportunities / strategies, preparing macro analysis of events, market commentaries, news summaries, company profiles, etc. using available market data systems. The Trading Enabler will assist traders in preparing corporate profiles and analyzing the credit and fundamentals of companies risk management support, including risk analysis reporting and trade capture analysis of hedging strategies and rule-based hedging building quantitative models and automation tools for pricing. Analyse macro-economic and geo-political scenarios to identify trading opportunities. Analyse market movements to monitor risks on a regular basis. Build tools to effectively monitor and create trading ideas. Partner with onshore branch traders to gather data and collaborate on understanding and improve their trading profile. Build MIS and data analysis tools to monitor various aspects of trading. Pricing various FX/Rates products including FX Forwards, NDFs, FX Swaps, IRS and CCS for multiple currencies. Managing, analyzing and reporting risk positions, P&L and revenue profile of various Trading desks Your skills and experience Strong understanding of macro economies, derivatives markets (including FX and Rates market) Ability to create pricing models and be able to understand structured trades. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, VBA preferable Strong project management / organizational skills Strong excel skills required.
