We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented GEM Expert to join our team at Newrise Technosys Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all operations related to Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portal. The role requires expertise in bidding, vendor management, tender processing, and compliance with government procurement policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• GEM Portal Management:
• Maintain and update the company's GEM account.
• Upload and manage product and service listings.
• Ensure compliance with GEM guidelines and standards.
• Tender and Bid Management:
• Identify relevant tenders on the GEM portal.
• Prepare and submit bids accurately and timely.
• Track and manage bid status and follow up on awarded contracts.
• Vendor and Client Interaction:
• Coordinate with government clients and resolve their queries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Documentation and Compliance:
• Handle all documentation related to tender participation.
• Ensure adherence to government procurement policies and regulations.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare periodic reports on tender performance and GEM activities.
• Analyze market trends and provide insights for competitive bidding.
• Training and Guidance:
• Provide guidance to the internal team about GEM processes.
• Conduct training sessions on updates or changes in GEM policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with the GEM portal (minimum 2 years preferred).

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
