Responsibilities:

Bidding & Tender Management: Identify relevant tenders and business opportunities on the GeM portal and other government procurement platforms. Prepare, submit, and track bids, ensuring compliance with government requirements. Maintain bid documents, proposals, and supporting documentation.

Client & Vendor Management: Coordinate with government officials and procurement departments for queries and clarifications. Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders. Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and conditions for successful bid closures.

Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all required documents (registrations, certifications, financials, technical proposals) are updated and compliant with government norms. Stay updated with GeM policies, procurement rules, and bidding strategies.

Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, competitor bidding strategies, and pricing models. Suggest strategies to enhance bid success rates and maximize contract wins.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
