Roles And Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end tender process, including tender identification, preparation, submission, and follow-up
• Conduct market research to identify potential tender opportunities
• Prepare and review tender documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather the necessary information for tender submissions
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely completion of tender activities
• Manage multiple tenders simultaneously, adhering to strict deadlines
• Monitor and track tender outcomes and provide regular reports to the management team
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in tendering regulations
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies to win tenders
• Provide expert advice on GeM Portal and tender-related matters to internal teams and clients

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-3 years of experience in handling GeM Portal and tender-related activities
• Strong knowledge and understanding of GeM Portal and tender preparation processes
• Ability to conduct market research and identify potential tender opportunities
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
