Job Purpose:

- To define and implement corporate organizational development (OD) and learning and development.

- (L&D) strategies, plans and policies which are aligned with and facilitate the delivery of the organization\'s strategic Plan.

Goals and Objectives:

- Provide specialist expertise to the VP HR and the Executive Team in the development of organizational culture, performance management, leadership, employee engagement and all aspects of the organizational change and development.

- Lead and manage a specialist team of OD and learning practitioners in the development and delivery of aligned programs, including the provision of team and individual solutions across the organization aligned with the Strategic Plan.

- Play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

- Maintaining the overall vendor cost within budget approved.

- Ensure that operating budgets, expenditures and cost control procedures are effectively administered and monitored every month

- To gauge and maximize training effectiveness.

Process Management:

- Lead the change management projects:

- Policy formulation for the organization as per gaps identified, creation of subsequent SOP\'s, templates required.

- Design and facilitate high-quality blended leadership development experiences to support the growth of members\' leadership and their knowledge, skills, mindsets, and behaviors related to organizing.

- In collaboration with the leadership team, design and refine content and curriculum for virtual, in-person, and blended programs

- Lead and support the Internal Communication team

- Design and/or revise training programs, develop & drive process improvements in the teams

- Design Training & IC Plan for the year

- Designing and implementing TNA

People Management:

- Coaching and mentoring the team members to achieve targets, keeping a check on their achievements and give them feedback.

- Ensure training hours for the organization are met.

Change Management:

- Create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.

- Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.

- Conduct impact analyses assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.

- Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.

- Provide ongoing coaching and support to participants of GIC to ensure the projects close on time.

Required Skillsets :

- Master\'s degree in training & development or Human Resources or Education or Psychology, Business, or any other related field.

- At least 7 years in working experience in a training and development capacity, preferably working as a Senior Manager Training and Development in a large business setting in IT or ITES industry.

- A suitable candidate will also have gathered working experience working in a complex matrix set-up with diversified business departments.

- The candidate will also have proven and successful experience facilitating training campaigns through instructional design concepts, adult learning concepts, and technology

- Exceptional communication skills

- Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization

- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others

- Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges

- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
