Gda Trainer
Job Description
Responsibilities
• Training & Delivery
• Conduct classes per JSDMS guidelines.
• Prepare session plans and conduct weekly assessments.
• Attendance & Compliance
• Ensure accurate attendance of trainees in classes and hostel.
• Complete assessments and maintain records as per JSDMS standards.
• Mobilization Support
• Collaborate with mobilization teams to form GDA job role batches.
• Disassociation Requirement
• If previously associated with a Training Partner (TP) on the SIP or Hunar portal, complete disassociation before joining.
• Other Duties
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Skills & Qualifications
• Relevant educational background (e.g., B.Sc Nursing or equivalent).
• Experience in GDA training or similar roles preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
Note : Strict adherence to JSDMS guidelines required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
