• Designing and deploying scalable highly available and faulttolerant systems on Google Cloud Platform GCP
• Managing and provisioning GCP infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Google Cloud Deployment Manager
• Automating GCP operations using scripting languages like Python or Bash and GCP SDKs or APIs
• Configuring and managing virtual machines in Compute Engine including setting up autoscaling and load balancing
• Implementing and maintaining network architectures within GCP including Virtual Private Cloud VPC subnets firewalls and VPNs
• Setting up and administering databases in GCP such as Cloud SQL Cloud Spanner or Firestore including performance tuning and disaster recovery planning
• Ensuring data security and compliance by implementing GCP security best practices managing IAM roles and permissions and using tools like Cloud Security Command Center
• Monitoring logging and diagnosing infrastructure problems using GCP operations suite formerly Stackdriver or thirdparty tools
• Developing and maintaining CICD pipelines for automated code deployment using Google Cloud Build Source Repositories and Container Registry
• Working with containers and orchestrating them using Google Kubernetes Engine GKE including cluster management and deployment strategies
• Optimizing GCP costs and resource usage providing cost estimates and reports and implementing costsaving strategies
• Collaborating with development teams to architect and support application deployment strategies that leverage GCP services like App Engine Cloud Functions and Cloud Run
