• As a Team Lead, you will create and drive the programs and processes that help us find, hire and develop the best talent in the world.
• You will directly manage, coach and develop team members and provide day-to-day supervision.
• You will monitor and assist team members in a matrix based environment to ensure the client requirements are met along with team/individual KPIs.
• Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with the onsite partners and stakeholders while ensuring to provide them with best experience.

• Responsible for the achievement of team/unit productivity and quality goals \xe2\x97\x8f Manage a team of 10-15 resources
• Shadow the new hires for a minimum of 2 full recruiting cycles and provide additional support, if required.
• Set up daily production goals/expectations/bay wise huddle (3-5 mins) and have your danglers ready for the day.
• Work load balancing.
• Weekly one on one (1-2 recruiters /RCs -day) with MOM documentation.
• Understanding the challenges for the goal(how/what) (agenda is to help the team achieve their goals.)
• Follow up on submissions with the account team.
• Follow up with each and every individual on post interview updates and pending offers.
• Act as a liaison between Manager and your team for all activities, feedbacks and outcomes.
• Train and mentor/coach team members to help them achieve their individual and team goals
• Celebrate the success of each and every individual.
• Send daily/weekly/monthly reports/dashboard to internal and onshore teams.

what you need to bring:

• Bachelor\'s degree is preferred.
• Attention to detail, excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills.
• Ability to make data driven decisions
• Should have excellent stakeholder management skills and managing multiple clients
• 8-10 years of recruiting/US Staffing experience /EMEA Staffing
• Should have at least 2 years of experience managing a team of 10-12 team members and excellent
• stakeholder management.
• A strong work ethic and sense of commitment.
• Preferred to have process audit experience
