  • Primary contact point with support functions in the Corporate Services, Finance, HR, Centre Director to ensure site support meets requirements
  • Central Coordination and overall responsibility to register Migrations, Growth and Re-migrations and Wholesale businesses in Management system i.e. Migration planning tool (MPEG) across all offshore locations as per baseline & Out of plan migration planning requests.
  • Lead any significant local projects or initiatives supporting e.g. building moves or relocations, technology roll out, Contingent worker forum actions, participating in Food Committee meetings, co-ordination with Transport dept. etc.
  • Responsible for managing capacity (desk utilisation) and Wholesale teams for respective site and ensuring seamless continuity by facilitating the desk requirements of business as per the hybrid model agreed.
  • Responsible for coordination This is an existing role with an aim to provide site level support and pan business management and project management on behalf of wider businesses. The role will be the primary lead to interact and engage with the and DBS support functions in location to help the business deliver on their strategy. Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
  • Primary contact point with support functions in the site e.g. Corporate Services, Finance, HR, Centreand governance of quarterly, half-yearly and annual Rewards & Recognitions programmes and its framework including managing Purchase Orders (PO), collation & publishing winners, Disbursal of cash rewards, Mementos, Certificates. Re-classing of RnR costs under respective business cost codes as per accounting principles, Resolution of queries pertaining to Awards/Paytm pay-outs and other RnR related queries
  • Central governance, reporting, administration & escalation - Responsible for ensuring that accurate, timely and relevant MI is produced to facilitate the effective management of GBM which includes but not limited to Exco Packs, Monthly Forum packs, reporting HR data etc.
Requirements
  • Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, good understanding of operational management.
  • Knowledge of Financial reporting, preparation/collation of ManCo packs, Workforce Management tools & Reporting will be an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, project management and planning skills
  • Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel and Power Point. Moderate level of database skills would be desirable.
  • Good understanding of Business Management or Governance concepts.
  • Commercial acumen with attention to detail, coordination skills, verbal, written & analytical skills to articulate key issues and draw conclusions swiftly.
  • Good understanding of Global Banking Market processes will be an added advantage.
  • The candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
