:Energy, Siemens Limited India is seeking a responsible, professional, and self-motivated individual to join the Gas Turbine R&D, Gurgaon as Gas Turbine Modernization and Technical Service Contract Engineer. This position provides an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, global product development & service environment. This individual will be part of the global Negotiation Engineering team to provide technical support for bids on Large Gas Turbines (LGT) by defining technical scope, risks, and performance evaluations tied to service programs.oriented:

• Creation of technical documentation and offers for gas turbine modernizations, upgrades and Service Program during service bid preparation, to support Marketing.
• Evaluate and optimize the scope of modifications and service program bids with marketing and the component specialists.
• Evaluation of feasibility of requested concept
• Technical description of the requested upgrade and/or service program with corresponding upgrade scope, guarantees, expected scrap, Life and Operational risk.
• Providing technical expertise to support active proposal and negotiations.
• Representing the technical negotiation team in the management review meeting.
• Supporting marketing/sales in customer meetings.
• Communication of market requirements to Technical Integrators and Service Frame Owners.
• Run performance models to evaluate impact of potential upgrades on Large Gas Turbine
• Coordinate evaluation of upgrade impact on overall plant.

We dont need superheroes, just super minds:\xc2\xb7 Bachelors or Masters degree in mechanical, Materials or Aerospace Engineering from recognized university.\xc2\xb7 Working Experience: 6+ years of experience in gas turbine, aerospace, or equivalent field.\xc2\xb7 Tools and Software: Advanced skills in MS-Office, SAP, Teamcenter and PCM documentation\xc2\xb7 Product knowledge: Excellent working knowledge of Gas Turbine design, operation and Maintenance concepts including thermodynamic understanding.\xc2\xb7 System knowledge - working knowledge about total power plant functionality\xc2\xb7 Teamwork skills - Be comfortable working with colleagues in multiple time zones in a team and/or to lead an expert team to answer technical questions and to perform risk assessments.\xc2\xb7 Networking skills - Ability to establish relationships and build networks in a global team setup and interface with the service engineering component groups, other engineering groups (generator, steam turbine, BOP, I&C) and marketing groups\xc2\xb7 Communication: Very good verbal, written and virtual communication skill.
