The Garment Technician will collaborate closely with our design and production teams to ensure that the quality and fit of our products meet customer expectations and elevate their overall experience.Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with designers to adapt designs for production.

• Construct and size pre-production garments.

• Conduct quality evaluations of materials and inspect the final product\'s quality.

• Address product inquiries and customer complaints.

• Ensure production remains within budget constraints.

• Oversee fabric quality and fitting at all production stages.

• Inspect garment quality during manufacturing and resolve any production issues.

• Train staff in garment manufacturing techniques.

• Uphold stringent quality control standards.

• Document production processes and quality assessments.

• Improve production efficiency and garment quality.

• Analyze customer returns and implement adjustments to minimize return rates.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in pattern making, fabric cutting, and garment stitching.

• Thorough understanding of quality control standards and procedures.

• Competence in garment fitting and alterations.

• Meticulous attention to detail with a dedication to high-quality outcomes.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Degree or certification in garment technology or a related field is mandatory.

• Prior experience with a Women\'s Wear Brand is required.
