Role and Responsibilities
• Serve as the critical nexus between management and various functional teams, such as Procurement, Production, Quality Control, Merchandising, Inventory Planning, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience, to ensure that the day-to-day project execution and customer experiences are aligned with project's standards (60% of time)o Update the management team through regular communication and reporting of key performance indicators (25% of time)
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing, customer service, social media and other items that need immediate attention (15% of time)
• Qualifications and Education Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in fashion design, production management or related field
• 2-3 years of relevant experience working in men and women garment production, brand development/management, design and/or quality a plus
Preferred Skills
• Language Skills: English, Hindi, Gujarati
• Detail oriented and ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with social media management and content creation a plus
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices
