Job Title: Gardening and Agri Supervisor

Location: Kuniyamuthur

Shift timing: Flexible timing

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate gardening and agricultural staff. Plan and implement planting schedules according to seasonal and soil conditions. Monitor plant health and implement pest and disease control measures. Oversee the use and maintenance of gardening tools and machinery. Train new staff on best practices in horticulture and agriculture. Ensure safety and compliance with environmental and workplace standards. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between sites. Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
