The creative marketing manager will play a critical role in driving the ad performance for our games. As a creative marketing manager your work will bring our digital marketing app campaigns to life & you will be responsible for strategizing and conceptualizing innovative creatives (videos & statics) from start to finish.
Roles & Responsibilities -
- Work on the conceptualization and execution of creatives for our mobile games
- Write creative briefs to define the concepts and get winning video & static creatives developed
- Develop relatable storytelling on narratives for animatic video ads/UGC video ads to reach new audiences
- Communicate concepts to a highly motivated team of motion graphic animators and marketing graphic artists
- Analyze performance marketing data and translate insights into hypotheses to test with new ads for improved ROI
- Strong research skills to leverage creative trends & execute a plan to get improved assets developed for better results.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of proven experience in handling a similar creative role (gaming experience will be an added advantage) or 2 years of working experience with Marketing/Creative/Advertising agency is preferable
- Internet brand experience is a must
- Hand-on experience in copywriting, creating ads or dynamic or static branded content
- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience in Advertising, Marketing, Business, etc.
- Good understanding of what works and what doesn\'t in digital marketing creatives
- Passionate about digital content & mobile gaming
- Familiarity with social media platforms esp TikTok and Instagram & trends in social media
- Must have strong writing skills & excellent communication skills.
- Prior experience of working with motion graphic artists or animators is a plus
- Attention to detail, strong creative aesthetics & project management skills.
