Job Title: Game Technician

Job Summary: PUNO is seeking a skilled and motivated Game Technician to manage and maintain our arcade games, bowling alleys, and other gaming equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to ensuring an excellent gaming experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, troubleshoot, and repair arcade games and gaming equipment.

Perform regular maintenance and servicing of bowling alleys to ensure optimal functionality.

Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics to identify potential issues with gaming systems.

Maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools necessary for repairs.

Collaborate with the operations team to minimize downtime and ensure smooth functioning of games.

Keep accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and installations.

Adhere to safety standards and protocols while handling technical equipment.

Provide on-site technical support during events and peak hours.

Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma or ITI in Electronics, Mechanical, or a related technical field.

2+ years of experience in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of gaming equipment, arcade machines, or bowling alleys.

Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.

Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
