for "Game Product Manager":

We are seeking a talented and experienced Game Product Manager with a strong background in slot game product management. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience, including 3-4 years specifically in managing slot game products. This role involves working on the full life cycle of game development in the frontend, and requires a deep understanding of slot game mechanics, technologies, and design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

oGame Design and Development: Lead the design and development of slot games, including implementing features such as lines, ways, Megaways, and cascading mechanics.

oFull Life Cycle Management: Oversee the entire game development lifecycle, from concept and design through to release and post-launch support.

oTechnical Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to integrate game features using C#, Photon, PUN/FUSION, and WebGL technologies.

oCross-Platform Development: Develop and optimize games for Android, iOS, and WebGL platforms to ensure a consistent and high-quality experience across all devices.

oUser Experience: Design engaging and intuitive user interfaces and gameplay experiences that enhance player satisfaction and retention.

oData Analysis: Utilize analytics to assess game performance, user behaviour, and market trends, making data-driven decisions to improve and innovate game features.

oCreative Problem-Solving: Address technical and design challenges creatively and effectively to deliver high-quality, innovative slot games.

Required Skills and Experience:

oExperience: 8-10 years of experience in game design and product management, with at least 3-4 years focused on slot games.

oTechnical Skills:

oProficiency in C# for game development.

oExperience with Photon, PUN/FUSION for multiplayer and networking.

oKnowledge of Android, iOS, and WebGL development.

oStrong understanding of slot game mechanics including lines, ways, Megaways, and cascading features.

oDesign Expertise: Proven ability to design engaging slot games with a deep understanding of gameplay mechanics and user experience.

oCross-Platform Development: Experience with developing games for multiple platforms and optimizing performance across different devices.

oAnalytical Skills: Ability to analyse game performance data and make informed decisions to enhance game quality and player engagement.

oTeam Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, artists, and marketing professionals.

Preferred Qualifications:

oEducation: Degree in Computer Science, or a related field.

oPortfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous slot game projects and design work.
