With the scale of a leader and the mindset of a challenger, were dedicated to creating a brighter future for our customers, colleagues, and communities.xe2x80x8bOVERVIEW OF THE ROLE xe2x80x8bWe are looking for a Game Integrity Data & Statistics Analyst to join our busy and dynamic Analytics team in our Hyderabad office.The Game Integrity Data Team consists of analysts responsible for all Game Integrity analytics, data support and meaningful contributions to the departments tool development. Key responsibilities are improving bot detection, developing anti-fraud methodologies for new products and features, and supporting all data requests.To be the main point of contact on all requests related to our Athena solver tool.Propose new methods, strategies and tools for identifying playing patterns and patterns in associated data which may suggest fraudulent behaviour from the player.Proactively analyse customer behaviour data to produce data driven insights on anomalies and emerging trends relating to potentially fraudulent activity to be reported back to the GroupMake risk assessments on new products/features, develop and implement risk mitigation strategies as requiredFacilitate all data and analysis request coming from Game Integrity.KEY RESPONSIBILITESxe2x80x8b

• xe2x80x8bDeep understanding of game theory optimal (GTO) poker solutions and working with related game solvers
• Ability to query and analyse behavioural data to identify patterns of fraud
• Ability to forecast future levels of fraud based on current business data
• Rigorous approach to problem solving, with the ability to take an idea from concept all the way to implementation
• Knowledge of the online poker industry
• Effective communication of data driven concepts and strategies to stakeholders

TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE

• 2 to 4 years of proven work experience in the field of Data Analytics / Data Science
• Solid understanding of SQL and Python
• Experience crafting mathematical and statistical models in order to evaluate solutions to business problems
• Fundamental understand of database architecture, particularly as it applies to large and distributed datasets
